Privacy notice
This website collects as little as possible. There is no contact form: if you write to me, you do it by ordinary email. Here is exactly what happens to what you send.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is AJ Vision Lab s.r.o., company number (IČO) 29853273, registered office K Palečku 2652/30, Horní Počernice, 193 00 Prague 9, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 453435.
There is no data protection officer — the company is small enough that you reach the controller directly at adriana@ajvisionlab.cz or on +420 602 55 96 55.
What happens when you write to me
What is collected
Your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write in the message. The website itself does not ask you for anything.
How it reaches me
The Write me an email button only opens a new message in your own email programme; you can also copy my address and write from anywhere. Your message therefore travels through your own email provider and mine (Active24), the same way any other email you write would.
Why I may process it
To answer you. In the language of the GDPR that is Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — or Article 6(1)(f), my legitimate interest in replying to people who write to me.
How long I keep it
Until your enquiry is dealt with, and then for up to twelve months in case you come back to it. After that the message is deleted. If a contract follows, the relevant records are kept for as long as Czech accounting and tax law requires.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Your message is not shared, sold or used for marketing, and no decision about you is made automatically. The only third party involved is my hosting and email provider, ACTIVE 24, s.r.o., acting as a processor, and its servers are in the European Union.
What the website itself does
No cookies, no analytics
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools of any kind. That is why you are not being asked to agree to anything before you can read it.
Server logs
Like every website, this one runs on a server that keeps standard access logs — IP address, time, the page requested and your browser's identification. The hosting provider uses them to keep the site running and secure, and deletes them on its own schedule.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to LinkedIn or anywhere else, that site's own privacy rules apply from the moment you click.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time for a copy of the personal data I hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, have its processing restricted, object to it being processed at all, or ask for it in a portable form. Write to adriana@ajvisionlab.cz — I will come back to you within one month.
If you believe I am handling your data badly, you can complain to the Czech supervisory authority: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz.
